Company History

Our Company Associated Asset Managers Limited (AAML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling Asset Management and Trustees Limited (SAMTL). SAMTL (formerly NAL Asset Management and Trustees Limited) was incorporated on September 5th, 1985 as a private limited liability company and is registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission to engage in the business of asset management and trusteeship. At AAML, we are driven by our desire to be the foremost provider of financial services in Nigeria and our focus is highly geared towards building and developing long lasting relationships with our clients, while continuously providing a wide range of asset classes that generate maximum returns. AAML is a registered member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
